Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Saturday 7/9/2024 stressed the necessity of seriously interact with complaints of citizens via the Unified Government Complaints System. It is necessary to respond to their questions on different government services, added the premier. Madbouli asserted all leaderships should pay a greater attention to following up on the complaints in a move meant to promote societal participation and boost the transparency culture and improve the performance of government bodies that are offering services to people and raise confidence levels. The Prime Minister made his remarks while reviewing a report prepared by the Unified Government Complaints System on the government's efforts to deal with citizens' complaints in August, 2024 on Saturday. Director of the Unified Government Complaints System Tarek el Refaei confirmed that these efforts aimed to ensure a higher level of responsiveness to citizen's complaints.
