Kuwait city: The Public Authority for Disability Affairs (PADA) announced on Sunday that it has integrated several of its services into the digital application Sahel. This strategic move aims to enhance accessibility and efficiency for users seeking disability-related services.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the integration follows directives from Minister of Social Affairs, Family Affairs and Childhood Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah. It also aligns with the guidance of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The services now accessible through the Sahel app include the application for car plates, obtaining a disability certificate, certification for social care workers, and applications for reducing work hours for individuals with disabilities and their social carers.
