KUWAIT: More than 4.378 million transactions were processed through the government application Sahel in October, according to service spokesman Yusuf Kadhem on Friday. This significant number underscores the application's growing popularity, particularly following the introduction of its English service earlier in the month. According to Kuwait News Agency, the past month also saw the addition of 12 new services within the application. The number of new users who downloaded Sahel reached 78,000, with 93 percent being residents of the country. Among the services offered, the issuance of criminal record certificates emerged as one of the most popular, drawing a large number of users in October.
