OPEC Plus Reschedules Meetings to December 5th.

Kuwait City: The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its allies, collectively known as OPEC Plus, have decided to postpone their meetings initially scheduled for early December to December 5th.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee and the Alliance Ministerial Meeting of OPEC issued a statement explaining that the rescheduling was necessary as many OPEC Plus oil and energy ministers are set to attend the 45th Gulf Summit in Kuwait this Sunday. This commitment led to the decision to delay the meetings by four days.

The statement further specified that the 57th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee and the 38th Ministerial Meeting of the Alliance will take place on Thursday, December 5th, via video conference. The meetings aim to determine production policies for the upcoming stage.
