Gaza: The Palestinian Ministry of Health said Sunday that 69 people were killed and 362 others injured due to the continued Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip, in its 22nd month.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the ministry reported that the overall toll since 7 October 2023 has reached 61,499 deaths and 153,575 injuries. The ongoing conflict, which resumed on March 18 after a two-month truce, has seen 9,989 fatalities and 41,534 injuries.
The statement highlighted that among today's victims were 29 deaths and 127 injuries associated with humanitarian aid efforts, increasing the total number of "breadline martyrs" to 1,807, with over 13,021 injuries.
Additionally, hospitals in Gaza recorded five deaths in the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, including one child. This brings the total number of such fatalities to 222, with 101 of them being children.
