West bank: The Israeli occupation forces arrested about 30 Palestinians in the West Bank on Thursday, including seven high school students who were apprehended just hours before their scheduled exams, reported the Palestinian Prisoners' Club.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Palestinian Prisoners' Club issued a press release stating that the arrests were heavily concentrated in the town of Deir Istiya, located in the Salfit and Tulkarm governorates.
The arrests of students are part of a systematic approach that has been practiced by the occupation forces for decades. The organization noted that this policy has intensified to unprecedented levels amid an ongoing campaign that has affected hundreds of students in both schools and universities.
