Northern Governor, Ali Al-Shaikh Abduhussain Al-Asfoor, received here today, the Bahraini Catalysts Disabilities Association (BCDA) Board of Directors Chairman, Dr. Riyadh Al-Marzooq, and several members.
The governor praised the BCDA’s humanitarian mission and contributions to empowering people of determination, stressing the Northern Governorate’s readiness to support the association’s efforts to enhance community partnership and national belonging, to adopt stimulating initiatives for people with disabilities, and agree on adopting health and motivational sports programmes for people of determination in the category of women, within the criteria and requirements for approving the Northern Governorate as a healthy governorate.
BCDA Chairman expressed sincere thanks to the governor for his support for the association, and keenness to involve it in all the Northern Governorate’s programmes and events.
He also reviewed BCDA’s goals aimed at providing all forms of support for people with disabilities and enabling them to practise various activities.
