Kuwait city: Kuwait's Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has referred a supervisory official and other individuals from the Ministry of Public Works to the Public Prosecution, following suspicions of forgery and embezzlement of public funds.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Nazaha emphasized its ongoing efforts to examine reports, gather evidence, and conduct thorough investigations into all substantial information that aligns with legal requirements. The authority expressed gratitude towards informants for their assistance and reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring maximum protection and confidentiality for informants, as guaranteed by law and executive regulations.
