Kuwait city: Kuwait's Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has referred more than 30 individuals to the Public Prosecution for failing to submit their financial disclosure statements within the legally prescribed deadlines.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in a press statement issued Sunday, Nazaha urged all individuals subject to the financial disclosure law to adhere to the set deadlines to avoid legal accountability and applicable penalties.
