Makkah: In December 2025, the National Security Operations Center received 2,746,207 calls through the unified emergency number 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions. This is part of the responsibilities of the unified security operations centers 911, which receive calls and forward them to the appropriate security and service agencies.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the call volumes received were 823,126 in Makkah, 225,808 in Madinah, 1,180,560 in Riyadh, and 516,713 in Eastern Region.
