Riyadh: The Muslim World League (MWL) extended its deepest condolences to Thailand and the families of the victims of the crane collapse that struck a train in the country's northeast. MWL also offered its sincere condolences to Spain and the families of the victims of the train derailment in the south of the country.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement issued by the General Secretariat, MWL Secretary-General and Organization of Muslim Scholars Chairman Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa expressed solidarity and sympathy with the Thai and Spanish people and the families of the victims of these tragic accidents, which resulted in significant loss of life. He also wished the injured a speedy recovery.
