Muslim World League Condemns Targeting of Saudi Hospital in El-Fasher

El-Fasher: The Muslim World League strongly condemned on Sunday the targeting of the Saudi Hospital in El-Fasher, Sudan, which claimed the lives of innocent civilians.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the League Secretary General Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa described the attack as an "extreme violation" of all religious and humanitarian norms, and to the provisions of the Jeddah Agreement for a humanitarian ceasefire, signed in May 2023.

Expressing solidarity with the Sudanese people, Al-Issa prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow mercy upon the dead, and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

Sudani official reports late Saturday said a drone attack targeted the emergency unit in the Saudi Hospital, killing 70 people and injuring scores of others.
