Muharraq booked a berth in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup final after beating Lebanese Al Ahd 3-0 in the semi-final today.
“Moses Juna” struck the first in 67th minuted before team-mate Ahmed Al Sheroogui doubled the mark for Muharraq 86 mn into the match which was played at the late Shaikh Ali bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Abdulla Ahmed Al Haiki scored the third goal in the injury goal (90+2) sealing the final victory for Muharraq, which will take on in the final the winner of the second semi final opposing Al Salat (Jordan) and Kuwait (Kuwait).
