Abuja: More than 160 individuals have been killed in terrorist attacks on the villages of Woro and Nuku in the western state of Kwara, Nigeria, as reported by the Nigerian Red Cross Society on Wednesday. The attacks took place yesterday afternoon and have been identified as the deadliest in Nigeria in recent years.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the attacks exhibit characteristics associated with the Lakurawa terror group, which has known ties to the so-called Islamic State (ISIS).
