Gaza: The Israeli occupation media reported on Tuesday that five Israeli soldiers from the Netzah Yehuda Battalion were killed and 14 others were injured during their aggression against northern Gaza.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the incident occurred on Monday during a military operation in Beit Hanoun when two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) detonated with precision as the occupation's ground force passed through the area.
The report added that the location had been subject to intensive aerial bombardment in recent weeks as part of so-called "preparatory" operations ahead of a ground incursion, and despite these efforts, the IEDs had been successfully planted and timed to explode just as the soldiers were passing by.
The report further stated that as evacuation efforts began, armed fighters opened fire from a concealed position, targeting occupation reinforcements.
