Makkah: The Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites has launched a new campaign to promote historical and enrichment sites in Makkah and showcase these locations as integral to Makkah's identity and historical legacy.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the campaign seeks to reintroduce these sites to visitors by reinterpreting them as witnesses to pivotal moments in religious and human history. It includes simplified content that underscores each site's value within its historical context, enhancing the visitor experience.
The commission stated that the campaign aligns with its urban and cultural development objectives, integrating historical sites into broader development goals and supporting Saudi Vision 2030 in preserving national heritage.
