Makkah: The Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Makkah Branch, organized an orientation tour attended by 42 accredited consuls general from various diplomatic missions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the tour aimed to familiarize the consuls with the commission's development efforts and projects in infrastructure, transport, and mobility. These initiatives reflect growing international interest, underscore Makkah's global significance, and highlight the impact on the experience of residents and visitors.
The participating consuls expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for organizing the informative tour. They praised the development projects and initiatives benefiting pilgrims, Umrah performers, and city visitors, and commended the ongoing efforts to enhance the visitor experience.
