Mahmoud Othman confirms to NINA that the problems and differences continue between the two main Kurdish parties in the KR

The independent Kurdish politician, Mahmoud Othman, confirmed the continuation of problems and differences between the two major Kurdish parties (the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan) in the Kurdistan region.

Othman said in a statement to the Patriotic Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that these problems led to the non-attendance of the Patriotic Union ministers to the meetings of the Council of Ministers of the regional government, and this is unfortunate, pointing out that the solution must be Iraqi, and to stay away from external solutions that are harmful to them.

He made it clear that the positions of the two parties regarding Baghdad differ from the other, as each one has his own demands and position, and therefore there is no consensus between them regarding that.
