Beirut: Lebanese top officials expressed admiration for their country's ties with Kuwait, highlighting the historic and robust nature of the relationship. This sentiment was shared during meetings held on Wednesday between Lebanese leaders and a visiting delegation from Al-Kharafi Group, led by Chairman Bader Al-Kharafi.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun praised Kuwait's leadership and its people for their supportive role toward Lebanon over the years. The President noted that many Lebanese view Kuwait as a "second home," reflecting the deep bond between the two nations.
Prime Minister Nawaf Salam also welcomed the Al-Kharafi Group's visit, emphasizing Lebanon's potential for investment in various sectors. He reiterated the country's openness to exploring and nurturing economic collaborations with Kuwaiti partners.
Chairman Bader Al-Kharafi stressed that Lebanon's stability and prosperity would attract foreign investments, which could significantly boost the economy and lead to the development of numerous projects.
