Kuwait City: Visiting President of Lebanon Joseph Aoun met on Sunday at his residence in Bayan Palace with Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah. Present at the meeting were head of His Highness the Prime Minister's Diwan Dakheel Al-Dakheel and head of the honorary delegation and Advisor at the Amiri Diwan Mohammad Abulhassan.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the meeting highlighted the strong bilateral relations between Lebanon and Kuwait. Both leaders discussed various matters of mutual interest, emphasizing the importance of continued cooperation between their respective nations.
President Aoun expressed gratitude for the warm reception and hospitality extended by the Kuwaiti government. The discussions also aimed at enhancing diplomatic and economic ties, reflecting the longstanding friendship between the two countries.
The presence of key dignitaries, including Dakheel Al-Dakheel and Mohammad Abulhassan, underscored the significance of the meeting in reinforcing ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration.
