Kuwait city: Kuwait's Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) welcomed a Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) team for negotiations to develop land for investment within the South Saad Al-Abdullah residential city project under a bilateral MoU. The meeting was attended by Acting Director General Eng. Rashid Al-Anzi and his counterpart from LH, focusing on strengthening international partnerships, exchanging expertise, and supporting housing development plans.
According to Kuwait News Agency, these coordination meetings aim to accelerate progress in new residential cities and enhance their readiness for implementation. South Saad Al-Abdullah City is recognized as one of the largest strategic housing projects due to its expansive area and strategic location, which offers promising investment opportunities for both public and private sectors.
The project is crucial in providing thousands of housing units and supports the state's plans to meet the growing housing demand.
