Kuwait city: Kuwait's Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi has officially launched the "Leadership by Will" national campaign, which aims to showcase the power of determination in driving the nation's progress. This initiative is a significant part of the ministry's strategy to modernize media, enhance tourism, and strengthen cultural ties through collaborative projects involving the public, private sectors, and the youth.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Mutairi emphasized Kuwait's forward momentum, guided by the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. The campaign aims to inspire the next generation by turning challenges into opportunities and encouraging them to take on future leadership roles.
In addition to the campaign, Al-Mutairi announced the launch of "Visit Kuwait," a digital tourism platform set to go live on November 1. This platform will feature an e-visa service, an interactive destination map, a 24/7 smart assistant named "Rashed," and exclusive offers with leading partners. It is designed to serve as a comprehensive portal for both local and international investors in sectors such as hospitality, transportation, entertainment, and sports.
The Information Minister also revealed plans for Kuwait TV's News Channel to undergo significant expansion. This will involve the introduction of approximately 13 new programs and updates to over 15 existing ones, aiming to enhance news reporting and analysis.
