Kuwait’s Kazma Narrowly Defeated by Sharjah in Asian Handball Semi-Finals.


BEIRUT: Kuwait’s Kazma team faced a narrow defeat against Sharjah from the United Arab Emirates, with a score of 28-27, in the Asian semi-finals of the 27th Men’s Champions League. This intense match took place on Thursday, highlighting the competitive spirit of the tournament.

According to Kuwait News Agency, in another significant match, Saudi Arabia’s Al-Khaleej secured their place in the finals by defeating Qatar’s Al-Duhail with a score of 21-23. This victory sets up a final showdown between Al-Khaleej and Sharjah, scheduled for Saturday.

The tournament, which began on the 12th of this month, serves as a qualifying event for the continent’s champions. The championship’s previous edition was held in Kuwait last November, where Al-Khaleej triumphed over Qatari Al-Arabi with a close score of 33-35.
