This move aimed to streamline the management of these critical sectors.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the same year, another decree was enacted to regulate apartment ownership at the real estate registration department. This initiative was part of broader efforts to organize and facilitate real estate transactions in the country. Additionally, 1976 saw the establishment of the Agricultural Food Products Company with a capital of KD 10 million, reflecting a strategic push to enhance local agricultural production.
In 1980, under the leadership of Kuwait Amir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, a decree was signed to acquire shares of the Kuwait communications company, furthering the nation's efforts to expand and consolidate its telecommunications infrastructure.
