Beirut: Kuwait's first air bridge relief plane arrived at Rafic Hariri Airport in Beirut, carrying crucial medical and hospital supplies amidst the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression on Lebanon. The arrival marks the beginning of a humanitarian initiative aimed at supporting Lebanon during this challenging time. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Charge d'Affaires of the Kuwait Embassy in Lebanon, Minister Plenipotentiary Abdullah Al-Shaheen, stated that the plane's arrival was in line with directives from Kuwaiti political leadership. The humanitarian air bridge is expected to continue for several days, providing much-needed aid to Lebanon. Al-Shaheen highlighted the coordination between authorities in both countries and the Emergency Committee in the Lebanese Prime Minister's Office, which was crucial in determining the mechanisms, needs, and requirements for the aid delivery. He also expressed appreciation for the leadership and efforts of the Kuwaiti Army, its members, and the Air Force. Direc tor General of the Lebanese Ministry of Health, Fadi Sinan, acknowledged the role of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development in establishing and renovating government hospitals in Lebanon. He noted that the first aid plane arrived on Wednesday, and more planes carrying relief aid are expected in the coming days. Sinan expressed gratitude to Kuwait, its government, and people for their support during these difficult circumstances. The arrival of the Kuwaiti Air Force plane was witnessed by Chargé d'Affaires Abdullah Al-Shaheen, embassy members, and representatives of the Lebanese Ministry of Health at Rafic Hariri Airport.
