Cairo: Kuwait's Ministry of Information pavilion at the Cairo International Book Fair underscores the country's contributions to promoting Arab culture.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry's participation in this edition of the Fair is particularly significant as it coincides with Kuwait being named the Capital of Arab Culture and Media for 2025. Exhibitions and Media Publications Supervisor at the Ministry of Information, Abdullah Al-Rafdi, highlighted key publications such as "Cultural Destinations in the State of Kuwait," "The State of Kuwait and Culture," and "Tourist Attractions and Museums in the State of Kuwait."
Al-Rafdi emphasized Kuwait's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, noting its importance as a principle for the nation. The Ministry has showcased this commitment through various publications displayed in the pavilion.
Munira Al-Mayas from the Foreign Media Sector at the Ministry noted that the pavilion also features a broad spectrum of publications emphasizing Kuwaiti heritage, culture, folklore, and children's literature. The 56th Cairo International Book Fair is set to continue until February 5th.
