Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to the President of Iceland, Halla Tomasdottir, on her country's founding anniversary.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed wishes for good health to President Tomasdottir and for further prosperity to Iceland and its people.
