Kuwait’s 23rd Aid Plane Arrives in Syria with Essential Supplies

Kuwait City: Kuwait's 23rd aid-loaded plane arrived at Damascus International Airport on Tuesday, carrying 10 tons of foodstuff, organized by the Kuwait Zakat House in coordination with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the "Kuwait by Your Side" campaign continues its humanitarian efforts, providing essential aid to the Syrian people through Kuwait's air bridge. This initiative is a collaboration between the Kuwait Ministry of Health, Zakat House, and several charitable organizations.

Upon arrival at Damascus International Airport, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent received the aid, sorted the supplies, and distributed them. The assistance included flour for the Syrian Public Establishment for Grain, as well as wheelchairs and an ambulance for the Syrian Ministry of Health.

So far, Kuwait has sent a total of 601 tons of aid to the Syrian people, including food, medicine, shelter, and other essential supplies.
