The Health Ministry reported one COVID-19 death, 610 new infections and 912 recoveries on Monday.
Health Ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said the abovementioned figures took the death toll to 2,546, caseload to 623,769 and recoveries to 615,509.
He further indicated that there were 26 patients in ICU due to the bug; 148 occupying beds in COVID-19 wards and some 5,714 receiving medical care.
Swabs, in the last 24 hours hit 11,037, putting the total at 7.7 million, he noted.
