Kuwaiti Charity Provides Vital Food Aid to Displaced Families in Gaza

Kuwait city: Kuwait's NAMAA Charity Society, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, has launched a new phase of emergency relief efforts in northern Gaza, showcasing Kuwait's ongoing commitment to supporting people affected by crises around the world.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the CEO of NAMAA Charity, Saad Al-Otaibi, announced that the charity's field teams have distributed 389 food baskets. This initiative benefits over 1,900 displaced individuals who are experiencing severe food insecurity due to the ongoing humanitarian crisis and the prolonged blockade on the Gaza Strip.

Al-Otaibi explained that these projects are conducted in collaboration with agencies accredited by Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ensuring swift delivery of aid to those in need. He emphasized that Kuwaiti humanitarian efforts are a result of coordinated institutional strategies and clear objectives aimed at sustaining charitable initiatives and enhancing their impact, noting that this campaign is crucial in addressing urgent needs in Gaza.

He expressed gratitude for the continuous cooperation and support from the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which have played a significant role in facilitating these projects. Al-Otaibi reaffirmed NAMAA charity's dedication to intensifying its relief and humanitarian operations in the Gaza Strip.
