Kuwait City: Two Kuwaiti associations distributed 562 food parcels to displaced families in Yemen's Maarib and Hadramut regions as part of the 10-year "Kuwait on your side" humanitarian campaign.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Yemeni organization "alwosool al-ensani" delivered 321 food packages to families relocated in Maarib. This aid was funded by the Kuwaiti Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity. The distribution aimed to support families struggling with challenging living conditions in the nation.
The society also reported distributing 241 food parcels in Al-Mukalla, with funding from the Kuwaiti society "balad alkhair." Abdulwasea Alwaseie, the secretary general of "alwosool," emphasized the importance of Kuwaiti aid in supporting impoverished families during these difficult times. The ongoing campaign continues to play a vital role in addressing the humanitarian needs in Yemen.
