Kuwait city: Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy announced that the country will host the 7th Gulf Customer Services Forum on Monday at Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre for two days.
According to Kuwait News Agency, spokesperson for the Ministry of Electricity, Eng. Fatima Hayat, indicated in a press release on Saturday that hosting the forum is a proactive step to strengthen cooperation among GCC countries by exchanging expertise and best practices to enhance customer services.
She stated that the forum will feature dialogue sessions for representatives of customer service entities across the Gulf region, providing participants with practical experiences and insights to enhance service methods and promote innovation.
She further added that the sessions will address several topics, including customer experience in the digital age, achieving customer satisfaction and improving service quality, legislation and policies in customer services, innovation, information security and data protection, and building a national team specialized in customer services.
Hayat explained that the forum sessions will offer an effective opportunity to apply best practices in improving customer service and enhancing the experience of obtaining electricity and water services in line with the highest standards and latest technologies.
