Kuwait City: Kuwait will witness further scorching heat during the coming days amid northwesterly winds, the Meteorology Department said on Tuesday. The acting director of the department, Dhirar Al-Ali, informed that the temperature would remain hot at nighttime, with waves of dust expected to lower visibility in undeveloped regions.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Kuwait is currently under the influence of the seasonal Indian low depression. This weather pattern is bringing hot blows to the region, causing temperatures to rise significantly. The recorded temperatures have fluctuated between a minimum of 33 degrees and a maximum of 48 to 51 degrees in most parts of Kuwait.
Dhirar Al-Ali also forecasted further increases in heat over the coming days, with sea waves expected to rise beyond six feet. The persistent heat and dust storms pose challenges to visibility and may affect daily activities in the region.
