Kuwait city: Kuwait's Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah, has announced the formation of a committee tasked with evaluating and offering selected spaces within children's parks for investment. This initiative aims to enhance the regulation and utilization of public facilities.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the ministerial decision is part of the ministry's efforts to improve facility and service management. The committee, chaired by the undersecretary and including senior officials and specialists, will identify parks with investment potential, assess those spaces, and propose suitable activities that align with the parks' recreational and educational objectives.
The committee is responsible for reviewing investable spaces, establishing regulatory guidelines, coordinating with relevant authorities, and making recommendations for further action. Upon completion, the committee will submit a final report to the minister. The decision is effective immediately, with a specified period detailed in the ministerial text.
