Tunis: Kuwait, represented by the Chairman of the Kuwait Agricultural Engineers Society, Consulting Engineer Abbas Abdulredha, has secured the presidency of the Arab Agricultural Engineers Union (AAEU). This victory was announced during the meetings of the Union's Executive Office and General Conference in its 46th session held in Tunisia.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the President of the Jordanian Agricultural Engineers Association, Engineer Ali Abu Noqta, was also elected as the Secretary-General of the Union. Abdulredha expressed his gratitude for the confidence placed in him by the Arab delegations and extended his thanks to Tunisia for its hospitality.
Abdulredha outlined his focus on developing the Union, strengthening Arab integration in the agricultural sector, and enhancing agricultural resources. He highlighted the importance of supporting Arab engineering talent to contribute to Arab food security and sustainable development.
