Kuwait City: Kuwait SC defeated Oman's titleholders Al Rayyan 28-27 on Saturday in the semi-final of the 41st Gulf Handball Championship for Cup Champions Clubs. The game took place at Oman's Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex as part of the 7-team championship, which will continue until February 24. According to Kuwait News Agency, Kuwait SC is set to meet on Monday the winner of the game to be held between Saudi Arabia's Al Noor and Qatar's Al Arabi SC later in the day.
