Kuwait City: On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, celebrated today, Kuwait emphasized its strong support and dedication to empower individuals with disabilities, said the Foreign Ministry. According to Kuwait News Agency, in a statement, the ministry stressed that people with disabilities actively participated in all aspects of life and contributed to the nation's development and progress.
