Kuwait Radio Enhances In-Flight Entertainment on Kuwait Airways

Kuwait city: Kuwait Radio Station has announced continuous updates to the programs available on Kuwait Airways flights, as revealed by Dr. Yusuf Al-Suraye, Director General of the General Directorate of Radio at the Ministry of Information. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to promote Kuwaiti cultural and media heritage by providing passengers with entertainment from top programs that have been broadcast since the 1960s.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Dr. Al-Suraye emphasized the collaboration between Kuwait Radio Station and Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC). This cooperation aims to entertain passengers while simultaneously showcasing the artistic identity of Kuwait and preserving its audio-visual heritage. The programs featured on KAC screens include notable titles such as "shadi al-khaleej," "gahwat bu rashed," "nojoom al-qemaa," "mol al-hawaye," "githarat adabiya," "nafeza ala al-tareekh," "baqaya alleil," "akhbar juhaina," and "anbar akhu belal." These shows, created by leading actors from Kuwait and other Gulf countries, are pioneers in the vocal audio drama genre.
