Kuwait city: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President Marshal Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, President of Chad and Head, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the congratulatory message from the Kuwaiti Premier was sent to mark the important national celebration in Chad. The Prime Minister expressed his best wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of Chad and its people.
