Kuwait city: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah welcomed Professor Fabrice Barlesi, CEO of Gustave Roussy Hospital, along with his international advisor Remi Thiolet, at Bayan Palace. The meeting was also attended by Health Minister Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi and was part of an official visit to Kuwait.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Prime Minister expressed a strong interest in fostering a partnership with Gustave Roussy Hospital. The aim is to incorporate leading international medical expertise and advanced diagnostic and therapeutic protocols to benefit patients and enhance the quality of healthcare services in Kuwait.
The meeting also saw the presence of Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Sabah, Director General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA), and Sheikh Saud Salem Al-Sabah, Managing Director of the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA). The discussions are seen as a significant step towards strengthening Kuwait's healthcare sector through international collaborations.
