KUWAIT CITY: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable on Wednesday to the US President-elect, Donald Trump, congratulating him on the trust placed upon him by the American people, electing him president. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Prime Minister also extended his congratulations to Vice-President-elect James Vance.
