Kuwait city: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the King of Spain Felipe VI on his country’s National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the cable was sent on Sunday, marking a gesture of goodwill and diplomatic relations between Kuwait and Spain.
