Kuwait City: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of his post assumption.
