Kuwait City: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, on his country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the congratulatory message was sent on Tuesday as a gesture of goodwill and diplomatic relations between Kuwait and Portugal. The Prime Minister expressed his best wishes to President de Sousa and the people of Portugal on this significant occasion.
