His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Monday cables to outstanding high-school students who did well during this past semester.
In the cables, His Highness the Prime Minister displayed pride over the students achievement in all of the country’s educational facilities.
