Kuwait City: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki on his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the congratulatory message was sent on Saturday to mark the significant national occasion for Eritrea. The cable expressed well-wishes from Kuwait to the people of Eritrea as they celebrate their independence.
