Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly (parliament) Marzouq Al-Ghanim on Tuesday suspended a scheduled session due to government failure to show up and lack of quorum.
The session was scheduled to take place today upon parliamentary request in order to look into amendments to elections law.
