Kuwait City: Kuwait's Ministry of Education announced Monday, the launch of the smart chat "Chat with Hamad", a modern technical solution that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist with communication.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry stated that the "Chat with Hamad" service is one of the most leading digital communication services, allowing the public to interact directly, ask questions, and receive immediate support. This service is designed to provide accurate answers based on approved curricula, which helps students access correct scientific information. The Ministry further explained that the content is reviewed by a specialized team to ensure its quality and accuracy.
The development of the service was carried out by the Information Systems Department, and it supports communication in multiple languages and local dialects. The AI-driven platform is equipped to provide answers that align with users' needs. Users can select their class, semester, and subject, pose their questions, and receive immediate answers from the Student Library integrated within the service.
The Ministry emphasized that while the "Chat with Hamad" service does not replace traditional textbooks, it serves as a supplementary tool aimed at enhancing understanding of curriculum content and boosting students' academic achievement. The service offerings are categorized into several areas, including teacher and administrative services, student and parent services, school information, and individual services with both written and visual content.
