Kuwait’s confirmed daily coronavirus cases rose by 57 to 413,847 while no reported deaths left the total unchanged at 2,466, the health ministry said Wednesday.
Another 21 people were cured of the virus, raising the total to 410,971, according to ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad in a statement.
The number of people hospitalised with the virus at COVID-19 wards is 12, two of whom have been admitted to intensive care units, he added, revealing that another 410 are receiving regular treatment.
Some 19,155 swab tests were conducted over the last day out of a total of 5.6 million, mentioned the official.
