Kuwait City: The Public Prosecution announced the initiation of investigations into 31 suspected cases involving the illegal use of power for minting digital coins at 59 residences.
According to Kuwait News Agency, a total of 116 suspects have been interrogated in connection with the case. The prosecution emphasized that electricity is a strategic state resource and should be used exclusively for regular purposes. It was noted that certain individuals had utilized power at residential properties to mint digital coins for immediate profits, consequently harming the general power network.
